Shipping & Delivery

Ambermoon Alpacas is pleased to offer delivery in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & the UK with the help of our delivery partners An Post and Royal Mail. A €12.00 shipping charge will be charged for all orders.

We cannot guarantee next-day delivery, but we are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. An Post and Royal Mail will usually deliver your package within 2-3 working days. We do our best to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday on the same day subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12 noon, at the weekend or on a public holiday will be despatched the next working day. Delivery times are quoted in good faith.

Should there be a delay with your order you will be notified as soon as possible. For example, in the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will advise you by email or telephone of the expected delivery date.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 48 hours to info@ambermoon.ie.
